Last in our 3 part series on Technology Enabled Hospitality is how hospitality is addressed after a guest leaves the venue.

 

Continuity

One of the worst outcomes of the high turnover in the restaurant industry is all the information and love that has gone into developing a regular guest can be lost in one bad experience. Ideally, diners are building loyalty to an establishment; but frequently, if the GM or server leaves, the knowledge the creates a great experience for a guest also walks out the door.

 

Wisely makes restaurants more resilient to staff changes. Imagine hiring a new staff member. Instead of having to spend months learning repeat customers by face and name, the staff can quickly search the faces, names, and preferences of top guests. Plus, when they walk in, a staff member will get all the info they need on demand.

 

Experimentation
