That's why we use beacons to automatically detect a guest's arrival. The moment a guest walks in, managers are automatically alerted. Neither the guest nor the restaurant needs to do anything. It just happens.
Since it's critical your beacons function properly, we built a way for restaurants to ensure that's actually the case. Here's how it works:
To test your Beacons, follow these steps:
Step One: Open the Manager app on your iPhone or Android smartphone.
Step Two: Tap the "Admin" tab in the bottom right.
Step Three: Tap "Test Beacons".
Step Four: Tap "Start Test". Immediately, the manager app will listen for the Wisely beacon, and confirm it's functioning properly. The gif below shows what success looks like.
