Can I enable Social Wi-Fi with my existing Routers?

The next question we often hear: this is a no brainer, what's the investment required? In many cases, Wisely can work with your existing Wi-Fi / Router configuration at no additional costs.


Here are the devices we currently support:


Meraki: All MR series devices, MX64, MX64W, and Z1.


Cisco: For visit tracking be enabled, the device must support CMX, which typically requires an AP and a controller, (ex: Wireless LAN Controller).


Open-Mesh: All OM2P series devices, and MR-1750.


Aruba Networks: For analytics to be enabled, the device must support Airwave and ALE. This typically requires an AP and a controller.


Mojo Networks: All Mojo Access Points are supported. For restaurants, we typically recommend the C-75 and C-65 models.


Ruckus Wireless: ZoneDirector, SmartZone Platform and Ruckus Unleashed (select APs). Only Captive Portal Supported.
